School Council

A School Council is a group of students who are elected to represent the views of all pupils and to help improve/develop their school.

Each year, every class vote to elect two representatives to become members of the school council. The council meet each half term to discuss issues and problems in and around school.

Our School Council have achieved the following over the past few years:-

  • Successfully campaigned to have yellow lines painted outside school to prevent parking
  • New playground equipment
  • Fundraising for defibrillator
  • Mural on the wall
  • Guild celebrations
  • Aid to foreign countries
  • Britain in Bloom
